Warrior Template Challenge

Ok, here's what I've been able to come up with Blods warrior template.

First off:
Dwarf Warrior: Starting Points: 10 Con, 10 Str, 5 Dex, 5 Qui
Spec: 50 Hammer, 50 Shield, 31 Parry, 4 Thrown

My challenge was to use the new Warrior Epic armor as much as possible, without needing to make a set of 100% armor.

Here's what I came up with:

Wrist 2: Ceremonial Bracer: Strength

Belt: Oglidarsh's Belt

I'm not sure what all the stats and functionality breaks down on this suit to be, I just don't have time or the metrics to chart it all out, but the base stats all look ok on my excel spreadsheet.

If any of you want to run this through your handy-dandy metrics analyzer and come up with a functionality number, it would be neat to see I think, but I don't think this suit would be too terribly difficult to assemble.

Here are a few tips:

If you are going to switch between 1h/2h in combat alot you want to make sure you have +11 total on your suit and not on your weapons.


With the nerfs to shield vs blocking it isnt worth the cost nor the imbue points to add +shield


You want your 1h and 2h artifacts to relatively match in bonuses so you dont lose to many stats swapping.


For melee, Shades of Mist for a cloak.

Try to limit your artis for a total of 3-4. Any more then that on a melee class and usually would mean you are seriously gimping something.


Matter is the only resist you can skimp on, to my knowledge only Matter cabalist have anything worth of a Matter attack.

For all melee Outside thanes.

BTW farf here is your warrior template:

This template allows you to switch out ANY legendary weapon and not lose stats. It isnt as fancy as some. But it is probably the most cost effiencent Warrior template out there. The great thing is, if you decide to get a Normal weapon, you can get a MP shield and Scit cover what is out.
