Hey all,

During McPhisto's Vegas trip, we talked several times about trying to get more of Volsung Tribe back into a common game again. Some of us are too time-stretched with RL to really contemplate this, while others are just looking for something different, or something similar to the old DAoC.

So how about a little opinon poll....

Well, I voted LOTRO, since that's where I am currently playing. But if we can get a concerted effort from as many VT as possible to start out on the ground floor of a game (Warhammer, perhaps), I'd be keen on trying it out.

Let's get the band back together!

I'm playing LotRO right now...got my Lifetime sub so I won't be uninstalling it. "The boss" might kill me if I started another online game anytime soon though.

Now that my lady has met Bish, there's the chance that I might be able to argue that playing a game is the only way to keep in touch with him. If that works, awesome!!! She misses her drinking partner.

If a bunch of VT decided to join us on LotRO, I'd be willing to delete one of my characters and start over with everyone else.

Harumph. Chances are that I won't be playing anything, but at the same time...I just received a message saying that lot 1838 will be deleted soon due to account cancellation. WTF??? My account has been cancelled for freaking ages, so how is it possible that my house might possibly still stand. I am writing this one off to a computer glitch in their promotional e-mail system, but...what if? Is anyone still playing DAoC? I am tempted to pay for a month just to run around in housing, but then again, I am currently a little bit drunk, drowning my sorrows over Phisto's leaving by drinking a few ales after work.

By the way, Bish, if you had stayed around only one more day you would have seen a brief spell of actual darkness, as the days get longer. All speed and hearty health to you.

Harumph.

I still play daoc and its a new thing they are doing to clear out lots of dead accounts so people can buy housing. I guess they are too lazy to build new housing zones, as they are too lazy to fix anything.
Also still playing WoW some.
Don't know if I would be interested in Warhammer or not due to it being Mythic and fear of picking the read headed stepchild realm again.

thats the biggest fear i have with playing warhammer, but i think i want to play a dark elf way too much so i think ill risk it.

Damn, maybe I can log back in and rent out my house if housing is so damned scarce. Nah.
