I can't change my announcement... gives me a window with a bunch of html code but no button to send or make it stick.

I'm an html idiot so you'll have to help me here.

Try adding volsungtribe.com to your trusted sites in Internet Explorer (TOOLS->INTERNET OPTIONS->SECURITY).

Sounds like the security settings are preventing the form's function...
