I kept seeing these banner ads for EVEonline while I was reading one of my favorite webcomics, so I finally did a google search to see if there were any trial offers out there. My 14-day trial ends in 3 days and I'll be getting out my credit card just before that happens.
The graphics are incredible, the game-play is awesome, and it's freaking outerspace done right. It also seems very much to be an MMPORG done right.
Come check out EVEonline. There's 14-day trials available if you search for 'em. You never have to buy the game in a box from some stupid store. You can simply download EVEonline, and all future expansions are FREE. FREE. You only pay the subscription once you decide to keep playing.
My character is Tarnis Descardia. I never leave my ship, unless it's to get into a newer, better ship. Let's fly out and kill some damned space pirates.
