I see today marks 5 years since DAoC went live.

/wave VT

Havent played an MMO for the longest time, but nice to see VT is still going. Been some crazy stuff happened since I started all that time ago (Hell, Khary was the uber toon at lvl 37 haha), but whilst I no longer have the time to play an MMO, damn, we did have some fun.

My tip for new VTers: Dont let Mal pull, he doesn't read text... haha, old schoolers will know what that means!

VT is pretty spread out now, but I think it only takes an email or three to get in touch with anyone. I still expect to have a place to stay should I ever have the pleasure of visiting Australia.

Greeting from the great beyond.. Life in DC is good.. Am back late this month for 2 weeks after a quick to The Hague.. Then back to DC till atleast Feb '07..

VT in DAOC is just about dead but Mal and I soldier on.. Kanem made a guest appearance just recently but thats about the whole VT team..

Oh and hi Lilae, nice to see your still around, how goes WoW or have you retired also.. Oh yeah and go ND in college and Ravens in NFL... I'm converted to the US sports, but am looking forward to the start of basketball season..

Heya Montus!!

Glad to hear things are well! I had not realized that it was 5 years.... time does fly.

I was fresh out of EQ1, and trying to learn the crazy crafting system when some n00b offered me 1 gold to help him start a guild. (yeah, I'm a cheap whore ) It wasn't much later that we found these 2 trolls wandering around (think it was Nisse's Lair..). Early early days. he he ... really miss hanging out with everyone, splunking the depths of Midguard...

I hope we can still get a chance to land everyone on a single MMORPG soon. I'm in just for old times sake.

Yeah I'm still in WoW. Still playing on Kilrogg with the old Knightwatch from Midgard/Galahad. They're pretty cool cats too.

I have to be a cow but hey, they needed druids. TBC coming out soon and I'm very excited about flight form.

Well, I guess they have Steve McNair now so I have to not totally hate them.

Here I am too .. /wave all .. yeah DAOC Galahad VT is dead .. got sick of logging on and having no buff bot to play with .. so when i can afford 2 x accounts and 2 x computers to run them , I will be found occassionally playing WoW on Thunderlord.. just do a /who volsung and ya never know your luck ! was enjoying DAOC BG's but as i said .. need a buffbot to be able to compete .. by the way .. Mal still doesnt read text .. hard enough getting his attention on Vent !! .. hope all is going well in your part of the world guys ..

Yeah Sooth, I haven't played in a while but it's a community board presently. Game discussion on Galahad is off topic. All the game stuff goes to the cluster boards.

Lilae, on my hib server(MLF) there is a female toon (forgot what class) with of all names, Larrae. Remembering you had a larry toon, Started to ask them if it was you lol.

Too many people i loved to talk to /play with gone, makes me sad
