Grats to all the troopers that stuck it out. <3

Rogart didn't get to come inside the instance with us, but he was along for most of the afternoon killing the outside mobs and breathlessly trying to catch up with the rest of the raid on his non-epic mount. (really gotta work on that )

We got the first boss down on the third try (YAY!!) and the second boss down on I believe the third try as well, as soon as the strategy was so obviously pointed out... and made it that much easier. Tough part now is figuring out a different strategy so that we can get the best loot off of that particular boss encounter. Damn that poison is a bitch.

Third boss is very tough.. tried her twice and gave up for the night, but the second try was TONS better than the first.

I can't wait to get a bug mount, we had a bunch drop off of the trash entrance mobs so it's only a matter of time before everyone has one.

One of the coolest and yet creepiest things is C'thun whispering in your ear every so often things like "You... are... already... dead." and "your friends will abandon you..." /shiver

I love this stuff!!! We PvP'd today too with all the horde experiencing the new content as well, and the whole day was tiring but a blast. Well worth the wait imo.

We did most of AQ20 today fairly quickly, bringing down the first 3 bosses without a hitch, and the 4th with the one wipe it took to figure out the encounter.

The boss of the 20 man instance is a big mofo that has to be kited around a huge arena-type area to be able to be killed. We got the strategy down pretty much but only had 15 people at the end of the night, so it will probably be finished tomorrow.

Poor Jeff went offline before we attempted the last boss, (we didn't try him before BWL) and don't worry Jeff, he's still alive. We paused for BWL and came back after, but didn't quite get him down.

He seems to be along the line of difficulty with something like Typhoon, where you have to run all over the damn place, and you can't really do anything but try to dps, and try to heal (and clear curses) and survive for the time it takes to kill the bastard.

Pretty sure we were the first people on the server to finish AQ20 last night More 40 man raid tonight!

What's AQ? Have any screenshots of you guys destroying things? Are the drops there good?

I'll take some screenies today.

You can only use the bugs in the instance???

yeah kitty, you can only use bugs as mounts after the first part... it's a HUGE place.

For instance, every time we wipe on Hurhuran, it's a 6 minute run back to her without a bug.
